Just install openwrt and install openvpn for it. There are 2 customer and server sections in the config file. You have to turn it on and set the parameters accordingly. The server must have separate addresses from the client.

1. VPN server (home)
2. VPN client (home) -> Internet -> VPN server

They wrote that even on Gagoyle, you can only run manually, edit files.
