Re: Version 1.11.0 : Based on OpenWrt 18.06
Wait my N750 doesn't have any hard drive. The antenna(s) are stuck inside and look pretty tiny. Compare with the 3 longs external ones on the TP-Link, I figure it can throw further. Still my apartment is rather small so both have strong signal anywhere. Believe me, "TP-link WR-1043ND v1" ...

Re: Version 1.11.0 : Based on OpenWrt 18.06
Install on a Western Digital N750 without issue so far. I have a pretty basic setup but seem fine. I also have TP-link WR-1043ND v1 as a backup which I update too. For curiosity I am wondering which one is the better router. The WD has the 5 Ghz band and more memory but the TP has 3 antennas for wi-...

Re: What are plugins and where to get them
I am using version 1.10. I saw the list of plugins in the menu before but I am not sure what they do. I think there is a lot more available that can be install. For example, how do I change the language to French ? Is it a plugin ?

What are plugins and where to get them
Hello,
can someone direct me to a link on how to get and use plugins in Gargoyle ? I can't even found the languages one to set it to another languages. There is no explanation in here I think.
Thanks

Re: Version 1.10.0 : New stable version with critical security fixes
Successfully upgrade my WD N750 to 1.10. However it's a bit tricky as the "wait for update" windows in the browser never goes away, so not sure if it's finish. A bit scary ...

Wow, that's not for the faint of heart. I'll give it a shot later, later. I don't want to break anything now.
Thanks a lot for your patience Lantis.

Re: Seting up Gargoyle router as bridge.
Thanks Lantis, Got it. I just want to confirm this one a bit ; 1) " What should be the address on the Ap/Gateway " refer to router no.2 (bridging one). So " Bridge IP " and " AP/Gateway " can the same ? It will have the same addresses as router no.1 (ISP router)? I thou...
