Yes, that is what it looked like, but when i blocked the two unknown IP addresses, i could not access internet on my laptop which is not one of the IP addresses i blocked.

So the lowest I've been getting is like 2mbps. Tried setting to that, no faster Tried 3.5 then 4 Tried 8 and now i seem to get faster test speeds. Seems a bit of a crap shoot. I tried enabling ACC but that did not improve speed. Does that work in conjunction with max speed? are there other settings ...

So I have QoS setup and have assigned 99% to my laptop. I pay for a 10Mbps service, so for total bandwith i pu 15000 kbits/s When i test my internet speeds when connecting directly to the radio, bypassing the router. I get between 8 and 9.7 Mbps. When i connect to router, i get between 3 and 5 Mbps ...

my D-Link DAP-1520 i don't believe has any DHCP server functionality
I just changed the DHCP LAN Range to 192.168.0.2 - .100
All my devices have a DHCP static assign outside this range and now all seem to work.
