Brazil - utc time not working

Post by wimpactus »

Hello everyone,

utc try to configure the service to automatically update but does not work at all.

If I put the original firmware works , computers connected to the wireless function automatic update.

Already reseted and set everything up again, but not solve , it keeps entirely the wrong date and time.

I'm using the 1.7.2 version in WDR4300 v1

I have the same issue. It's currently 13:57 in Germany yet Gargoyle shows 17:02 CEST.

Running 1.8.0 on a D-Link DIR-505.

Changed to the global servers and restarted. Unfortunately the problem persists. It's currently 23:35 in Germany.

I'm going to try and look into it for you but I just tried it using the exact same settings as you and I got the correct time for Germany.

OK my bad, after reading your reply it just hit me, this particular router has the Internet/WAN disabled so obviously it wasn't able to retrieve the correct time.

All's well now, I apologise for the false alarm.
