How about ftp support. I have working simple plugin gargoyle-ftp.

What are you using for an ftp host?

Frontend to vsftpd with default anonmous configuration.

Backend to vsftpd. Anonymous and local defined users, rw/ro/private mode. Every user has own directory based on private root. In normal (rw or ro) all user share public root directory.
EDIT: new option, "Remote Access".

Way cool!
Sorry for the newb-like question, but can this patch the latest Gargoyle version 1.3.16 and how could I install it on my router?
Will it still run after a reboot?
