Are there any predefined gargoyle rules to limit or deny downloads of windows updates, android or iphone updates, file sharing, gaming, youtube & C.?

I have a very limited daily quota available and I would like to let internet access only for browsing and email reading/writing.

Most content is delivered on port 80 these days, so no it is not straight forward.

You are looking for a transparent proxy, which would require powerful hardware.
