Hi-
I installed my Gargoyle router and followed the basic installation instructions and was able to set up a new wireless network (my Gargoyle router is connected to an Actiontech MI424WR). I can connect my devices wirelessly to the network, but can't get to the internet. Can anyone help?

Please share more details of how the two routers are connected to each other (ports on each device?) and what connection settings you have established on Gargoyle

The two devices are connected via an ethernet cable - the Gargoyle router slot reads "internet" going to the Actiontech "WAN" slot.
Device Name:Gargoyle
Gargoyle Version:1.8.1
Model:TP-Link TL-WR1043N/ND v2
Device Configuration:Gateway
Memory Usage:19.3MB / 60MB (32.2%)
Connections:160/4096
CPU Load Averages:0.03 / 0.08 / 0.11 (1/5/15 minutes)
Even though I am on the network the message reads that the page cannot be loaded because it could not connect to the server.
What other info do you need? Thank you!

If you were to connect a computer to the WAN port of the action tech, would it get an internet connection?
It doesn't sound right.
Traditionally it would be LAN from actuontech to WAN/internet of gargoyle

Thank you for your help. I switched it up and the wireless network is working - I can connect my laptop to it and get to the internet with no issues. Any other devices, I can connect to the wireless network but it says "cannot open the page because the server cannot be found" - any suggestions?

Thank you so much for your help. I have a separate issue now. My "work" computer wouldn't work with the new settings. Would you be able to walk me through how to set up a separate wireless network for all other devices using the internet (except my work computer) so I have two wireless networks running at the same time? And also so other devices are forced to use the gargoyle network and won't be able to log into my existing wireless network through the actiontech router? I would be forever grateful.

Start a wireless network on the actiontech with a password that only you know. Connect your work PC to that.
I don't understand why your work PC wouldn't work through gargoyle?
