Hour Quota Doesn't Display

Hello,
I have been using the daily quota, and it seemed to be working. But it led to people using up all their quota early in the day. So I though, maybe I should spread out the quota hourly. So I changed the setting to reset hourly, and lowered the hourly quota amount.
However, the quota no longer shows under "Quota Usage". I have an exception on one computer, and it still shows in the Quota Section, but the hourly does not. I tried to reboot the modem, and waited a bit for data, but there is no info.
(Board attachment quota has been reached. I took screen shots of each page and the settings, but I don't think that really helps, simply in V1.9.X on a TP-WR1043ND-V3, the quota usage doesn't show hourly.)
