i got TP-Link TL-MR3420 v2.4 and dont see any access points at 12 and 13 channel in wireless scan (for client/client+ap) mode

firmware 1.9.1

any idea?

You can't use those channels by default without telling the router which country you are from.
Please pm me RE this issue.
