Blank Quota Usage

I have recently installed gargoyle ispy, primarily so I can restrict quotas. When I view quota usage its blank though. Other "B/W Distribution" are showing graphs correctly though.
Device info:
1.9.X (Built 20160714-0844 git@9b75d12)
Model:TP-Link TL-WR1043N/ND v3
Can anyone help?
Also, my network here is quite complex and I'm not certain I can run my modem in bridge mode, I have however disabled DHCP on the modem and now only run DHCP on the Gargoyle. Everything seems okay, but interested in what others know about this scenario?

Please provide your exact quota settings so we can see what might be wrong.

Have you done any tests? (other configs)
Final resort is do a failsafe reset

After some thought you not going from LAN/WLAN to WAN (Firewall)
You need to plug the cables in the correct holes?

I'm not on site currently but my sister is so I can have her check, but I'm 99% certain the only cable I have connected is an ethernet to the WAN port. This cable connects to the LAN via a switch. Is this correct?
I should mention I have both web and ssh remote access.

You really have to go on site as see what happening
All else fail you will need to do a "failsafe reset"
I stated in the past the 50% of all problem are due to upgrading with "preserve setting" (the 50% was just a stab in the dark)
This maybe the case with your router?
