Feature Request: Read Only access to Statistics

I have 2 use case scenarios for providing read only access to the statistics/status pages.
Scenario 1:
User can get more detailed information on their own usage patterns
In this case when a user puts the IP address of the router into their browser it defaults to a version of the "Bandwidth usage" page which show graphs of their usage relative total bandwidth.
This page would have the following parameters:
Plot 1: Total Bandwidth
Plot 2: Their IP
Timeframe: Variable dropdown as it is now
Quota Usage: Summary of quota usage
The "Bandwidth Usage Table" and "Download Bandwidth Data" would not be requried on this page.
Scenario 2:
The ability for a "Supervisor" type person to monitor the usage of all users, without the ability to edit the configuration of the router.
In this case a second logon password (or even anonymous access) to some / all of the statistics pages ?
Ideally the config would have a tick a box for each statistics page that would aither allow / deny access to the second user.
Many thanks
