Fresh install, preserve settings not ticked

After new Gargoyle install and refreshing plugin list and no plugins installed yet.

Plugings claimed that adbock was installed but was noithing showing on the menu.

Uninstalled then installed adblock plugin and everything is now working as expected?

The plugin installer can occasionally fail to execute the scripts which add the listing to the menu.

Incidentally I'm actually reworking the way that Adblock installs itself at the moment lol.
But it won't fix this issue. This is a deeper rooted issue.
