Lan and WiFi can not talk to each other

I tried my luck with google, but i seem to be using the wrong search words.
Today i wiped my "TP-Link TL-WR941N/ND v3" and installed "1.8.1" on it.
It is set up as a "Wireless Bridge/Repeater" set to "Connected via Client Bridge".
I have four devices:
Router (FritzBox, WAN Access and WiFi)
TP-Link (Repeater)
Desktop
Notebook
What i wave done is:
Connect the Desktop with a ethernet cable to the TP-Link
Connect the Notebook with WiFi to the TP-Link
Set up the TP-Link as a repeater for the Fritzbox
The Desktop connects to the TP-Link, that connects to the Fritzbox and from there to the internet. That works.
The Notebook connects to the TP-Link, that connects to the Fritzbox and from there to the internet. That works.
So i have internet on both computers.
But, i can not talk between the Desktop and Notebook, they are isolated from each other.
I connected both (Desktop, Notebook) with a ethernet cable to the TP-Link, again, both computers connect to the internet.
But again, both can not talk to each other.
Why are the computers isolated from each other?
