Access Point Roaming

I know it's possible to setup access point roaming. Uniquiti UniFi AP is currently the devices I recommend when asked about such a project. However it would be awesome if I could install Gargoyle on existing devices and have them all unified under the same firmware. If gargoyle allowed for roaming Access Point connections it would be perfect!
