Show bandwith per second IP

First of all, sorry my english!
Is there a way to show the bandwith per second(kbps/mbps/...) in every IP connection?
In conntrack.sh, show the total bandwith in upload and download, but not show kbps, mbps. This is usefull to create QoS for gamers and others applications where unknown the bandwith consumption per second both download and upload.
Adding columns in conntrack.sh to show this is nice!
