Connecting 3 tplink 1043nd with redundancy

Dear all.
i have gargoyle 1.7.1 on 3 TPLink 1043nd with Wan port disabled.
my idea is to connect them in a loop, so that if 1 link is broken the connectivity is assured by the other links.
just like:

How can i do this on gargoyle without running in to Layer 2 loop? do i need Span tree protocol? how to do it?
