dear all,

i have couple of tp-link 841n modems running gargoyle 1.6.2.2 (r42647) firmware now i want to upgrade to latest one, i download the " "gargoyle_1.9.0-ar71xx-generic-tl-wr841n-v8-squashfs-sysupgrade.bin" version and simply try to update from GUI but its never get update.

please suggest the method to update.

you all ready have the best firmware for that router

4meg routers have come to the end of life with gargoyle

ye you are right gargoyle is best... but i want to update to latest version on gargoyle.

What he's telling you is that for routers like yours with a small amount of flash space, you should probably stick to 1.6.2

If it really is 1.6.2.2?
