Reinstall Package

How can i remove and reinstall a package in version 1.3.5..i can remove it using "opkg remove" command but cannot install it..
i wanted to reinstall the qos-gargoyle because i mistakenly deleted all of the Match Criteria and now cannot add any...
using "opkg install qos-gargoyle" gives cannot install error only
