CPU load is high, wireless may crash

hardware:netgear wndr4300v1
firmware:1.8.1
CPU load is high, wireless may crash.
For example, traffic statistics, QoS situation, sometimes when need to draw,
all the client cannot connect to the router through wifi,Although you can find ssid.
And Restart can be repaired.

This is a known issue with 1.8.X. Suggest that you upgrade to Gargoyle 1.9.0.

I tried the 1.9.0 first, but the WAN port became the DHCP even though the configuration is being PPPoE after Power Down.

No,that is being after power up again.

Regardless, whichever version you are on now, did you get there by preserving settings?

I don't know how to restore the factory settings, but it seems to be invalid on the web page.
I did not restore the previous settings

I don't understand why the wan port would just change config unless the firmware was corrupt or something else bizarre.
