Hello, I ran out of address reservation space on a tp-link tl-wr1043nd v1 with stock firmware.
How many can be used here?
Also wanted to be safe from netusb vulnerability, and found gargoyle while researching dd-wrt, tomato, etc.
Nice site

I cannot find any reference to NetUSB.ko within OpenWRT
I do not know of any limitations in OpenWRT to the number of static addresses able to be reserved (if this is your question?).

Thanks for the prompt reply.
I was about to replace a couple wr1043nm v1 because of the usb vulnerability but wanted to dd-wr and others first.
Also what kicked me forward was failure of one unit.
I replaced the electrolytic capacitors in one unit, and with Gargoyle, looks like it will solve all problems, especially with traffic handling.
Was I surprised when I went to the Gargoyle store to look at pre loaded hardware and found it was 1043's, thought they were way over end of life no matter what firmware.
Now to re-cap the other one and maybe heat sink hot parts.
Thanks again,
I'll report back if i can get over 26 reserved machines with Gargoyle.
P.S.
Where's your 'donate" button? (edit: found it)
