I was hoping that 1.62 of Gargoyle would work but I'm not too sure from looking at the downloads.

Can someone advise me of the newest version of Gargoyle to work with the Linksys router I mentioned? And any special procs I need to follow to get a working flash?

That will be the latest. Unless you're asking this router to do very simple things, I'd not bother.

To put it into perspective, the router has so little ram available that on newer versions you can't use Wifi and WAN at the same time or it crashes.
This is the last version that might work. But I've never used it.
