Thanks You Lantis for the reply,
I understood that memory is saturated and is the reason for all problems, Also your solution of manually refreshing the blocklist worked but then it started to misbehave,This router Needs to run 24/7 monitoring quota usage's, but with low memory it didnt save any usage details. and this also didnt allow me to uninstall the plugin. Later i made a Hard reset using the physical button and got it working.
Now i am facing other problems. I upgraded the router to v1.9.0 and could get some more free space and with all the quota's working, i am unable to install the plugin as every plugin's size is >11mb. But in the previous versions the size of plugins were around 4.5kb but how did the magic happpen ?? Please help.
Sorry the Screenshot couldn't be attached as "Sorry, the board attachment quota has been reached."

You can post images to an external website like "Imgur" and link the images to us.
That being said, I know what bug you are talking about with the plugin sizes, someone else reported them also.
But it's very hard to diagnose the cause over the Internet unfortunately. I can't replicate the issue. The file sizes are pulled directly from the repository.

Thank You Lantis For the quick Replies, I have attached a link to the image, Do help me with the problem, as i am also not able to install other plugins, such as themes etc. Do you think a different plugins url with a different plugin name may solve the problem ?? Please Help.

What is the url for the repository you are reading from? Only the gargoyle one the others aren't important.

I see this issue quite regularly but I have not taken the time to chase it down sorry. I can replicate pretty reliably by loading plugins onto USB storage and then flashing Gargoyle with preserve settings. I suspect it is something to do with the plugin settings existing without the plugin files or vice-versa.

My (ugly) work around involves ejecting the usb drive from the router, using a PC to delete the plugins directory from the USB, replugging the USB into the router and rebooting to remount the USB drive

Can you please show me the output of the following command?

Code: Select all

gpkg info plugin-gargoyle-wifi-schedule

i'll also need to know what the Gargoyle GUI is reporting as its size to you.
