Speedtest.net show my connection about 29.8 Mbps. How does that convert to kbits/s for "Total Download Bandwidth:" setting? I.e. what should I put in this field?
Thanks

A megabit is 1000 kilobits*
*technically 1024.
So if you enter 29800 it will be fine but technically it's 30515.

The formula to convert from Kilobits per second to Megabits per second is:
Megabits per second = Kilobits per second รท 1,000
The formula to convert from Megabits per second to Kilobits per second is:
Kilobits per second = Megabits per second x 1,000

This is probably one of my pet hates in the Gargoyle UI, the inconsistency with using kbps and kbit/s and kBytes/s for labelling. I'd really prefer if 1 of the 3 different methods was used consistently within Quota's, UPnP, Class Minimum and Class Maximum and the Service Classes list.

+1, Its very confusing and irritating,
Any chance of standarizing these folks ?
This online conversion calc does a very good job
http://toolstud.io/data/bandwidth.php
and this site will average your up/down speeds over 12hours automatically
