bump CC revision

add some updates to dev-utils that never got added back to the repo

Bump dosfstools to 3.0.28 and fix Makefile

Use "iwinfo" instead of "iwconfig"
on smaller devices we removed wireless tools which took away "iwconfig" and broke the hosts page on the GUI.
we still have "iw" and "iwinfo" available to us.
similar changes will need to be made for the madwifi case however i do not have any devices to play with.

Update overview.sh
Fix wireless status on overview due to removal of iwconfig.

Bug and cosmetic fixes
Fix for a bug that was pointed out by forum user charlie regarding file
permissions.

Is there a way to fix SNMPD reporting speed only every 15 secs ?

There is a discussion about this on the openwrt forum, but no solution : https://forum.openwrt.org/viewtopic.php?id=57007

mini-snmpd has not the problem but its not available in version 1.9.

This build seems ok on wdr3600

Range on WDR3600 is really poor, because the power of chip is low.

Old wr1043nd has superior range VS wdr3600.

But one thing you can do, is to change channel to 144 (5ghz) or higher (it has higher output power on the chip).

For 2.4ghz it is "ok".

Hello!
The same problem that I have described here
Only now even worse, I can not get access to the Internet at 941nd.
I understand the only problem I have? But why then all is well on the 1.8.0.
Thx!

Odd! Bad cable maybe? or plugged into the disabled WAN port?

We are talking about Wi-Fi bridge
As I have said on version 1.8.0 it works, since 1.9.0+ no longer working.
I can then send any reports?
Let me know.
