When I make a setup with both QUOTA and QOS (upload), those devices can no longer connect to the internet, but instead think it is a hotspot (those devices can't connect to the internet but are instead directed to gstatic.com/generate_204 or captive.apple.com, depending on the device).

BUT when only QUOTA or QOS (upload) is set, it seems to connect without a problem. Weird, right? Any ideas would be appreciated. I'm wondering if it's due to router instability since it's 4MB.

USING: DIR-615 C1 using 1.9.0 unmodified.

Are these Mac devices that are showing this behaviour? If so, does the same occur for non-Macs?

iPhone and Windows PC. Haven't tried on Android or Mac. Seems like its something to do with the QOS (upload).

Worth noting: I didn't change any settings on QOS (upload). Only turned it on. Later, I removed all settings for QOS (upload), and started from scratch. Same problem with both scenarios.

My PCs that had QOS (upload) ONLY (no quota) worked fine.
My PCs that had QUOTA ONLY worked fine.
My PCs that had QOS (upload) AND quota could not connect to the internet (and was referred to that hotspot thing).

Weird!
