locked out

this is what happened .
Opened Mozilla Browser and dial 192.168.1.1
The GARGOYLE Login page came up. Logged “password”
I’ve got message that don’t understand how to resolve.
“Settings have been updated. Web page will now refresh.
Changes have been made to the IP address or port number. You will now be disconnected from RT-N66U.
To access the settings of RT-N66U, reconnect to the wireless network and use the updated IP address and port number”.

The web page never refreshes

I’m not sure how one would “use the updated IP address and port number” as the RT-N66U doesn’t tell you what those are at any point during the process

If you can't guess or are really unsure then I would put the device into failsafe and put it back to default settings.
You'll need to physically plug into it.

Google "openwrt failsafe"

Hi I did not even no that you could flash the RT-N66U with Gargoyle! Anyway I think you will have to do a first boot.

before you try a first boot have you tried with a different browser.
First you will have to get in to Failsafe and then do a firstboot.
