Restrict access to Netflix one device

How do I restrict access to netflix for one device (Mac address) but allow access to rest of network?
Assign a static IP to the device MAC
Gargoyle - COnnection - DHCP - Static IP
Apply a restriction to that Device
Gargoyle - Firewall - Restrictions
Using the Netflix IP address'
