Cut someone get cutoff after they have been on for X minutes

Hello. I am looking to see if I can configure a per user method of cutting someone off of internet after they have been on for, say, 1.5 hours. Poking around I see the wifi scheduler, which allows one to set specific hours of access. But I am looking for something that operates very much the way the the QUOTA feature works... except getting cut off after a preset amount of data usage it would be time usage.
The solution is to allow children a given amount of time to be on the internet each day.
