router reading itself

Hi All
Got a strange one here, the router is reading itself as part of the bandwidth distribution graphs, how do I stop it doing that, I only want to see the usage for the clients attached to it via wlan.

any suggestions please?

Are you using the TOR plugin? I suspect TOR traffic is assigned to the router itself? (yet to confirm - I am investigating this area at the moment)

The router has to communicate with the internet periodically for a number of reasons. It is just a byproduct of this.

Typically the usage is so close to zero that it won't obscure any graphs for you.

This is what the router does on its own:

very negligible.

Hi Lantis
on my side it's different it says its using 100% usage and it's most definitely obscuring the graphs

any suggestions?

What is your connection set up? Are you going through the WAN port?

Is it possible to use PPPoE mode?

I'm not sure why this is occurring but I use PPPoE and have never seen this behaviour.

Internet -> ADSL router -> (Gargoyle WDR4300) running DHCP in gateway mode.
it could also be because the connection settings for WAN are set to disable and WAN Ethernet Port is set to "bridge to LAN"
Everything works just the WDR4300 keeps showing as the top talker, was wondering if we could set it to ignore itself
