I can't find any openwrt support at all. That wiki page is just a generic copy paste.

Like netgear r6100 and it is supported by openwrt. So the driver is ath9k and ath10k for 5ghz (like archer c7 v2).

Sorry not possible.
Someone has reversed the numbers on that page.
It has 32MB of RAM, but only 4MB of flash. This is below the minimum requirement for gargoyle.

P.S. On my dap-1350 openwrt-15.05-ramips-rt305x-dap-1350WW-squashfs-factory.bin install and work well, but I love Gargoyle.
