Restrictions total hours on daily base

I am using the gargoyle firmware for a year and I am very happy.
I request restiriction for total usage hour daily or /weekly .
For exp.
My children use internet on day by day but she or he dont what to time restiriction they aggre daily total useage hour restiriction by mac address.
