WLAN not possible on WL-500gP V1

Hi there,

I am using the latest Gargoyle 1.8.0. The ACC works perfect for my VoIP problems. Reduction of lags and latency problems is significant.

Unfortunately I can“t get WLAN working on the Asus WL-500gP V1. It is allways "disabled".

Is there any solution so far?

Regards, Diddy

I read that the WL-500gp has the wireless on a miniPCI card.

I wonder if the card is not seated properly. Have you by chance had the router open and fiddled with the miniPCI card? (not recommending it - just a thought)

Hi there.

the wireless hardware (miniPCI) is working without any problems using other wrt-firmware even OpenWRT. So the problem must be on the software side. Any idea?

Can you try setting up the wireless via the command line as a test? If that works fine then there is some logic error related to your device and it it interacts with the UI.

Ok, is there any description how to do that?
