I just got a TPlink WDR3600 and new to Gargoyle. I installed the 1.8.0 and Wifi down/upload speeds were 75/5Mbps which is household internet bandwidth limit tested with speedtest.net.

Problem is after turning on the QoS upload and download service with default settings, speed goes down to 3/0.3Mbps.

I downgraded to 1.6.2 and QoS performance is the same. What am I supposed to do with QoS?

3mbps down and 0.3mbps up are the DEFAULT settings which i suspect you forgot to change.
Look for "Total (Upload) Bandwidth" and "Total (Download) Bandwidth" on each settings page.

I missed the part that said increase your total bandwidth value. After doing that, it was close to the highest bandwidth minus the overhead. Thanks. I went back to version 1.8.0.
