Hi Guys,

I've a ADSL modem and TPLINK wr841n router which worked fine with the factory firmware. And then this happened.

1. I wanted to install Garogyle so i can use the Quota feature.
2. I've installed gargoyle_1.8.0-ar71xx-generic-tl-wr841n-v9-squashfs-factory.bin on my wr841n without any issues
3. Now I can login to my router and see Garogyle page and the status everything. But there is NO internet !

Please tell me whats going wrong. My router is receiving IP and there is no issue with the internet on modem(as it works fine when directly wired with PC)

I see DHCP is enabled on both my modem and router. Is this causing a problem? If so I think I need to turn DHCP off in my router which will stop me from accessing the router. So I cannot use the Quota feature of Garogyle.

Desperately waiting for your assistance...

Hi Sid, we need to see a couple of screen shots (or the info off these screens):

To understand what is going on, have a read of this doco
http://www.gargoyle-router.com/wiki/dok ... ario-modem

To fix the problem, change your configuration
Gargoyle - Connection - Local Network/LAN
Router IP: 192.168.0.1

After you get that sorted out, some of these might be of interest
