WNDR3800-CH Port forwarding not working.

The port forwarding on my router stopped working and I can't figure out why. It was working previously but it's not now. I'm using version 1.8.0 but this was also happening on 1.6.x. I've got the correct IP on my client. Using both CanYouSeeMe and the built in port checker in uTorrent, they both say it's closed. I've tried multiple different ports but they're still closed. Anyone know what the problem is here?

why have you got http:// infront of your ip address? that looks bizarre to me and without knowing anything else i'd guess that is the issue.

That's just a browser addon, Linkify. It just adds that because it thinks it's a web address. It shouldn't have anything to do with the router.

Hi there check the IP of your devices to make shore that DHCP is working rite and handing out the rite static address. If your device has the wrong IP then the port cant be forwarded.

It's just a thought as I cant see the screen shots as I am blind.

I do have the correct IP on my client, 192.168.1.19. So that's not the issue.

You might check carefully all of the other sections under Gargoyle Firewall (ie restrictions, quotas, qos ...) because any one of them could be the culprit.

wouldn't use "H@H"

based on other projects using strange symbols can cause unexpected results
