Per IP sharing in OpenWrt

Hi.I like gargoyle Per IP sharing feature.I didn't see anything about that in OpenWrt.Does OpenWrt has such feature or not?What package do I need to install to get that?

There is no package in OpenWRT that has this feature.

The entry-level wireless routers like Tplink wr741nd has such feature with their stock firmware which total bandwidth share between all the wireless clients how openwrt doesn't have this?

I believe even DD WRT doesn't have this, either. It's the main reason I try to use Gargoyle when possible.
