QoS Ping spikes

Hello
I enabled QoS a while ago and had some help here from the forums and was able to getting it running pretty well. For some reason though my ping in games can get pretty high. I'm still a bit of a noob about QoS but hopefully theres something that can be done to help it. The problem is that while I'm playing online games and a family member starts watching youtube or something my ping goes from around 40 to 80-90 in game. It doesnt really go back down to 40. I had a look and saw the ping time limit which was at 80. So it set it manually to 10 and now it's 50. But I still don't really know what this means haha.
Heres a image of my ACC settings. I was playing World of Warcraft and watching a online stream at the time.

Do these settings look right? I'm not sure what info you need but let me know and I'll get it posted asap.
Thanks

That scenario is kind of what I want but seems a bit hard to do haha.
At the minute I'm using this setup.

Same for my upload. This setup was recommended for me when I posted about setting up QoS for the first time which can be found here:
http://www.gargoyle-router.com/phpbb/vi ... php?t=7261
The thing is, the setup worked fine for a while. The only change I can think of was windows 10. But even then the ping wasnt this high. For example I was getting 250 ping in Elder scrolls online. Now I get 330 - 400. The only thing I've noticed on the router would be the bandwidth Distribution which seems a bit off. Sometimes my pc will be using most of the download, then another pc will and it doesn't stabilize. Again, I'm not sure how all this works 100% haha, still learning the ways. But does any of this seem weird?
Thanks

If you want to prioritise your traffic you need at least 2 classes.
Single class will only balance the traffic.

Oh ok. Do you have any advice on doing that? or a guide?

Your images have disappeared, but from memory it was a "normal" class with 100% bw.
Drop this to 40%.
Create a new class called games and give it 60% with a minimum bandwidth of 512kbps. Tick minimise rtt.
Create a rule that puts your gaming traffic into this class (I'm not familiar with that ports for those games so google that). Make sure to set the "default service class" dropdown box to "normal".
Perform similar steps in your upload (with a smaller minimum speed obviously).

Thanks for the help. I created the service classes like you said.
For rules, how would I go about setting g that up? For World of Warcraft the ports are
TCP - 3724, 1119. UDP - 3724, 1119
Also I see a lot of people having 1% for their gaming class and 99% on their normal classes. Whats the difference between this setup and the 60/40 setup?
Thanks

The BW % is the percentage of your bandwidth set aside when your link is 100% saturated.
Typically, gaming traffic uses a very small amount of data and so 1% is plenty.
In Australia we aren't blessed with super high speed connections and so I generally recommend a more liberal percentage.
You could refine it more by monitoring the typical downloads during a session, and then dividing that by your total internet speed.
E.g. 250kbps with a total of 1mbps internet speed would be 25% (let's add 2-3% to give a bit of head room so 28%).
^my understanding of the percentages may not be accurate, but this logic hasn't let me down yet.

I had a go at adding in class for World of Warcraft. How does this look? I kinda guessed on how to do it looking at other peoples setups.

Hopefully thats how you do it haha. Wasn't too sure on where to put ports and and all of that.
