FTPs Server and USB Storage

Hi,
I'm sorry for my n00b question, i'm new to WRT world.
Gargoyle seems to be a great open router. I'm very interested in the Gargoyl Pocket
I'd like to do 2 things:
1. Persistent log of who access what and when. It seems ok according to the screenshots.
2. Setup Camera IP with the router. Then store video of motion on an USB HardDrive. Modern camera have motion detection and FTP features so I thought it would be great to add an FTP(s) feature on the router.
The other all-in-one option I have is to do that with a Raspberry Pi + Open WRT + ... many configuration
