Sniffing Network Traffic

Hello, I'm new to Gargoyle but pretty exited to start using it. Is there a way to sniff network traffic by MAC address? I'm doing some testing attempting to log URLs, Username/Password Combos, etc. My target is a wireless device. I was wanting to pull all the data from the 3700v4 if possible. As a last resort, would I have to use KALI Linux on a machine attached to somewhere on the network? Network topology is attached. Thanks in advance for advice/suggestions.
Can't attach the topology-says board attachment quota has been reached so here it is explained...
Modem > Netgear3700V4 with Gargoyle > Cisco switch 2950 with following connections: Netgear3700v3, Computers(wired & wireless), ipads, cell phones, security camera system, etc.
BTW, both routers have wireless enable running different channels.
