Yet another of these threads requesting help with OpenVpn.

I've looked at tens of thread on this forum and OpenWrt about how to enable OpenVpn as a client, but i am yet to succeed.

My progress so far is:

OpenVpn is running, but not connected.

1. I have downloaded a .opvn config file from a free Vpn server and have entered all details manually.
Result: Does not connect.

I have tested same .opvn config file on Android client and it connects immediately.

2. I have downloaded a .opvn config file from VPNGate and have entered all details manually.
Result: Does not connect.

Tested working on Android client.

Any help please.

What hardware and Gargoyle version are you using?

I'm using the following:

WD MyNet N600 (better wifi coverage than my TP-Link Archer C5 )
Firmware is official Gargoyle 1.7.1

I also tried going back to 1.6.2 but still the same result.
