I upgraded my 1043ND v1 from 1.7.0 to 1.7.1 with preserve settings, after reboot the router led indicates - POWER and a link to my laptop, no SYS.
No IP assingned to my laptop, no ping to the router. Any ideas?
Thanks for your help.

Power up your router. When the 'SYS' LED starts to blink, press the QSS push button repeatedly until the blinking of 'SYS' LED gets faster. Done = You
made OpenWrt boot into OpenWrt failsafe mode. Proceed with

I wrote in the 1st post - no SYS led blinking, only POWER and link if connected.

If failsafe does not work, the only way to fix it is via serial.

Read the Debricking section.
