As the title says, I've tried setting up a simple QoS, but something isn't working right. I've created a TeamSpeak class and made a TeamSpeak rule, and only the upload portion is working. If it matters, I have ACC on.

I have a working teamspeak3 rule in action, but I'm currently at work.
I'll try and have an answer for you in 6 hours.

EDIT:
Your download rule is mixed up. You want the source port to be "9987", not the destination port. Give that a go and see
