Any way to turn wifi ON by default?

Hi, im trying to repeat the signal of a DCP 3925 with my wr941nd v2/v3.
Hours and hours and still can't make it work.
Whatever, what i wanted to ask is: is there any way to turn WIFI on by default?
Its a pain in the a** for me to go to my router, connect a laptop, etc, just to enable wifi.
