WRT54GS with USB-Mod for TOR

Hi there,

i just have an wrt54gs v2 with installed (and working) usb mod. This means, that the router physically is able to swap to an usb-device plugged into the additional new usb port.
This mod is prooven to work properly in tomato. I checked even the usb-stick with a properly installed linuxswap partition and an auto-start swap command. This works perfectly well in tomato =).
Now i want to switch to gargoyle in order to use this router as an transparent tor proxy. Sadly this is only possible with swapping on usb (too small ram) - but since i just want to give a few things a try this should work (There is only one pc communicating with a remote service - just a few packages per minute).
I already a set of firmwares on the router - but with none i am able to see any usb-configuration or tor-configuration in the web-gui.

Now; Here is my question:
Am (if yes - how?) am i able to enable the web-configuration for TOR functionality with the usb-modded wrt54gs? Do i have to install usb-stuff on my own?

Cheerio and thanks for your work (and support :-) ) !!

I understand openwrt/gargoyle stopped supporting older routers when AA came out?

I think you are on your own?

I thought, that these routers are still supported (even after attitude adjustments "birth"), since i can download and install latest firmwares in that routers - but with less features (due to limited storage / performance). Since i do not want to make / compile my own -maybe buggy- fw, i recently bought a supported newer router :-)!
Anyway - thanky for your comment!!

this can be closed / deleted / cleaned / ...

Could you provide info as to which pinouts are used for the usb mod? I too have a wrt54gs v2, but I can't find anything about it. Thanks!
