Association of mac address or host name to common name label

Hi guys,
This is probably pretty basic but I am looking for a way to replace the mac address (or hostname) with a common name label so that I can more easily associate usage with devices in my home. For example, I would like to replace: "01AA02AB151206ZV" with "Office SlingBox" or similar.
Since I use DHCP, I understand the IP address can change but the mac address will remain consistent. I'm too lazy to assign static IP addresses to the 30 something devices in my house!
Is there a simple plugin or feature in Gargoyle to help with this? I'm pretty new with the product but absolutely love it! Thanks in advance for the help!
