Probably i crashed router. What can I do now?

Hello all,
I instaled gragoyle utility on my WR-740N and everything was fine. But for some reason I made 1 mistake. I returned a config.bin and router crashed. 1st light on router lights, and secod is flashes and nothing else. I cant even get to router by 192.168.1.1 What can I do now? Is some way to repair that?
