4G IPSEC question

Hello there,

I will try to make this brief.
We only have 4G access at one of our sites, no ADSL, wireless links or Cable.
We Need to connect to an existing IPSEC VPN at our head office.
We would like to implement quotas as you can appreciate the limited MB on mobile wireless plans.
Hardware we currently have access to TP-Link MR3240 (new impulse purchase) & Netgear WNDR3700 (my retired Gargoyle personal router) & ZTE MF75 (new 4G Modem)

They have another ADSL router on site that supports IPSEC endpoint so my thoughts are to leave that in place and then feed the WAN from a Gargoyle device for quota management.

Can anybody help me with brainstorming. We are willing to buy more hardware if required.

My thoughts,
Connect 4G Modem wirelessly to a Gargoyle router MR3240 client share that to the existing IPSEC router. Don't know if this can be done?
Install R00ter Huntsman on MR3240 and run 4G modem off USB port, buy another cheap MR3240 with Gargoyle router to do Quotas and connect to IPSEC router.

Its getting complicated. :(

I appreciate any responses.

Regards,
Bicka

Update:

Rushed out and got a TP-Link WDR3600 Flashed it to latest stock then straight to Gargoyle 1.6.2 within 5mins of opening the box

I forgot how much I love this firmware! I don't have the 4G modem yet but when it arrives i'll update on the model and my success or failures.

The 4G modem that is coming is a "wifi hotspot" so I'd still like to know if I can connect the gargoyle as a client and tell Gargoyle that the wireless is WAN for purposes of Quotas.
