Hello , please give us the model #, brand and version.
We need to know what flash u used on the router .
We need to know how u flashed it , the steps u used , ssh/ telnet or the GUI. Did you do a hard reset 30/30/30 ?
Any lights showing up at all when u reboot .
Could your power supply be broken?
We need some more info to start to help .

My router is a TP-LINK TL-WA701ND
I've done hard reset and all the lights are lit continuously

Have u tried to hold down the reset button while powering on for 5-10 sec .
This normally sends router in a state where u can ping 192.168.1.1 by setting up a static ip on your PC. If you get success by doing that u can then try to revert back to stock or another firmware .

Have you tried putting router into failsafe mode, as arampe suggested?
