Linksys 150N & Gargoyle 1.6.2 erratic

Hi, days ago I recovered and old 150N to try gargoyle. This unit was flashed with dd-wrt v24 pre SP2 build 14896 standard and worked fine.
I flashed this http://www.gargoyle-router.com/download ... uashfs.bin from the web gui without problems and working.
But I was not aware of some problems that old broadcom routers have with the lastest versions of gargoyle. The wlan dont work and sometimes the router get unresponsive, but works, you can access ssh and web gui to make some changes i.e. change root password (activating wlan dont work).

In this point I tryed to reflash the router via web gui with several fw, garoyle 1.4.7, openwrt, dd-wrt and original fw from Linsys. But didnt work, the fw seems to be uploaded but nothing happens, never restart and gargoyle 1.6.2 its still there.

I tryed to flash various versions it via ssh, tipical:
cd /tmp
wget http://website/folder/fw
the file starts to download and normaly at any point between 60-70% get stuck and ssh timeout.
One time the file was downloaded but doing an sysupgrade nothing happens and ssh times out.

Trying to flash with bootloader was unsuccesfull too. I used several times tftp2 from windows (7,8.1) when I get TTL=100 on boot, one time tftp2 send the file but the router never reboot and get stuck with gargoyle 1.6.2.
Using tftp from commandline (win and debian) when having TTL=100 same result:
tftp -i 192.168.1.1 PUT firmaware.trx/.bin
Transferencia correcta: 3280896 bytes en 13 segundo(s), 252376 bytes/s
(correct transfer)
But tftp on command line continue pinging eternally TTL=100, and never reboots, if doing gargoyle its still there.

Seems that for any reason the flash couldnt be written.

At this point.. JTAG'?.

Thanks in advance.

I have the exact same problem with my Linksys WRT160N (ver 1) & Gargoyle 1.6.2 Broadcom.

-WLAN doesn't work, no matter how many times i tried.
-Only wired LAN works.
-Firmware Update doesn't get transferred to the router. I tried older Gargoyle versions & dd-wrt.
-Power light turns on after 3-4 minutes of powering the device.
-Router unresponsive many times.
-Within 2 mins of connecting the router to the Internet, it just stops responding.

I don't know what else to do.
Please help get my router back to working, with or without Gargoyle (unfortunately).

Many Thanks in anticipation.
