What is the DNS server and how do i correct an error with it? I have my ps3 hooked up to my wireless router. I ran through all the steps to connect my ps3 to the router. It goes through all the steps but at the end says error with DNS server.

That error usually means it cannot connect to the internet.

It may look like your PS3 is configured, but it's probably not
connected correctly to the router.

More info is needed. Do you have the PS3 setup as DHCP?

Are you manually trying to configure a Static IP?

What router are you using? Are you using encryption on wireless?
